How to use:

• Remove the cap and turn the rotating part of the bottom of the container.

• Please put out the tip 3 mm or so and apply it thinly and evenly to the part of the heel and other anxious parts.

【使用方法】
 晚上泡脚/沐浴后涂抹上，取下盖子后，旋转容器底部，推出适  量后，涂抹脚后跟、膝盖、手肘等部位，穿上袜子就可以. 不要一次旋出太多哦，容易断.每天使用一次，一只可用2-3个月.

PS：建议每日洗澡泡脚后使用，角质软化以后更易吸收,涂完后建议穿上袜子更佳

        角质比较厚的，初次使用前可以用死皮挫先处理一下再用哦，效果更佳~
