Returns & Shipping Policy

Return 

We have a 7-day return policy on wrong items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please inspect the items carefully when you receive them. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@doranet.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make necessary arrangements.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

 

Shipping   

We are using Australia Post for majority of our orders. 

  • Free delivery for any order over $99 
  • Any order under $99 will incur $10 postage fee for Sydney Metropolitan area and $15 for any other areas around Australia 

 

Shipping handling 

Our shipment handling time is 2 business days

 

Shipping options

Upon arrival of your parcel, you will receive a message from Australia Post for delivery option: 

Reply 1 = Leave at your address (if there's a safe place)

Reply 2 = Someone will be home

Reply 3 = Take to Post Office if not home

Note if you pick 1 (safe drop); if parcel is missing; DoraNet will not hold responsibility for the lost.

If there is no one at home; the parcel will be transferred to the nearby Post Office, and we will be able to track down the parcel.     

 

Parcel Return 

If you have mistakenly provided us with a wrong name or address which leads to the return of the order back to our warehouse; or if the parcel is returned due to not picking up from Australia Post Office on time or other return reason that is caused by the customer: 

  • If we need to re-post the parcel, it will incur extra postage fee.
  • If you wish to cancel the order, we will deduct the postage and handling cost and refund you the remaining.
